Pole Test Out Checklist

List of requirements for successfully testing out of pole levels
*To test out of current level, please ask instructor before class starts, or ahead of time. If you have never done pole, students are required to enter Intro Pole. If a student has past pole experience, please email the studio to see where your skills line up within the levels we offer at Blackwidowpolestudio@gmail.com

Intro/Lvl 1 Pole

Requirements to test out of Intro/Level 1 include; Dip Spin, Fireman, Front Hook, Pirouttes, Chair, Carousel, Back Hook, Jasmine, Hello Boys, Introduction to Climbs, Figure 4 Layback, Fan Kicks, Ballerina, Apprentice, Let goes.

Pole Lv 2

Requirements to test out of Level 2 include; Butterfly, Extended butterfly, Inverted Crucifix, Climb into Jasmine, Inverted Jasmine, Straight Leg Laybacks, Genie, Superman, Hood Ornament, Inside Leg Hang, Outside Leg Hang

Pole Lv 3

Requirements to test out of Level 3 include; Shoulder mount, Ayesha Hand Spring, Inverted Ayesha, Leg Switches, Brass monkey, Cupid, Aerial inverts, falling star, Iguana
