*Any memberships that require commitments that need to be cancelled, should be in a 30 day notice period before payment date by email only . To cancel memberships or commitments, please email Blackwidowpolestudio@gmail.com
*Upon Cancellation, Autopay memberships will continue to withdrawal from the client's account unless the studio is notified before the 30 day window upon the payment due date.
*If any autopay membership contracts must be broken, clients will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for early termination of their contract. This fee may be separate from the cancellation window( 30 days before payment due date).
* Private parties & Bachelorette parties are non-refundable, non-transferable and does not accept returns or refunds. If a private party must be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances, the date can be moved to a more suitable date. This is a case by case basis.
*Private lessons Private lesson packages, Drop-in classes or class packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and does not accept returns, refunds or cancellations.
*Workshops are non-refundable, non-transferable and does not accept returns, refunds or cancellations.
*Photoshoots are non-refundable, non-transferable and does not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. If photoshoot is cancelled before 72 hours of the the photoshoot date, client may be credited classes in exchange for the value amount of the photoshoot (case to case basis).
*Annual Memberships purchased with credit or debit cards, electronic payment OR cash are STRICTLY non-refundable, non-transferable and does not accept returns or refunds. In the event of a client not being able to access the purchased services, credit for studio services may be given on a case to case basis.
* Booking time windows close 3 hours before class starts. Any student cancels a class within 3 hours before class starts is considered a "late cancel" and will forfeit the class from their account. Members who hold the 5 classes/week memberships will result in $10 charge. No refunds or returns are accepted.
*Any student that no-shows a booked a class, will forfeit the class from their account. Members who hold the 5 classes/week membership will result in a $15 charge. No refunds or returns are accepted.
*Gift Cards have a 6 month Expiration date and are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. Members cannot purchase Gift Cards for themselves to extend expiration dates.
*Open pole is not considered apart of ANY membership and is bought as a separate drop in purchase. Open Pole Class and Single Slot Open Pole sessions are its own entity, and are not transferable, refundable or returnable. In the instance that a client misses their open pole class or session, they forfeit the service purchased. Open Pole are not considered a class and are not included in any type of class pack or membership.

Student Community Guidelines
Welcome to Black Widow Pole Studio:
At Black Widow Pole Studio, our goal is to provide a welcoming, safe, and motivating
environment where everyone can pursue their fitness goals. The Community Guidelines outlines the standards and expectations for all members,
guests, and staff. Your cooperation ensures that everyone enjoys their experience.
1. General Behavior:

Treat everyone with respect and courtesy.

Please avoid interrupting any fellow students/peers/Instructors; their directions.
It is likely that they are watching for your safety or are communicating
important instructions.

Follow staff instructions and requests promptly and patiently. Sometimes there
are many students, the instructors will take their time to get to each of the student's needs.

It is important for all students to feel of equal value.

Please refrain from offensive comments towards others. Please be aware of your
voice volume within the small space we have.

No spectators are allowed.
-
No children are allowed.
2. Check-in Procedures:
-
Please wait for the current class to be over before entering the classroom for your class to begin. Sometimes classes run late, the instructor will do their best to finish on time.

Please do not show up for classes any earlier than 15 minutes. Some students have a limited means of transportation, however, we can't supervise our front room while teaching a class so please refrain from doing this.

Waivers must be signed, and sessions must be paid for prior to the service.
3. Equipment Use:

Wipe down equipment (poles/mats)after use with provided cleaning
-
supplies.

Return equipment to its proper place after use, and place dirty towels in the

basket.
4. Safety and Hygiene:

Follow proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries.

Use personal towels to maintain hygiene.

Utilize provided sanitation stations; wash hands regularly.

Refrain from using the facility if sick or experiencing symptoms of illness.
5. Personal Belongings:

Use designated cubeicals/clothing hooks for personal items; Black Widow Pole
Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Keep floor around poles/lyras clear of bags, jackets, and other personal
items.

Personal items left in the studio will be discarded or become property of Black Widow Pole Studio after 30 days.
6. Media and Technology:

Respect others’ privacy; ask for consent before taking photos or videos.

Use headphones for personal audio devices during Open Pole.
7. Proper Clothing & Footwear
-
Pole classes require skin contact. Lyra and many strength classes may be more beneficial in athletic pants.

Our floors require extra care to maintain. Please wear dance related heels which include Pleasers, Hella Heels, Burju and select custom pole heel makers. Street shoes, gogo dancing heels are not permitted. These mark up and damage the floors. No street shoes, sandals or flip flops.

For Rollerpole please consider using indoor wheels separate from outdoor skating wheels to protect our floors.

Please leave all rings or loose jewelry at home.

No nudity allowed. Genitals & Nipples must be covered.
8. Respect the Facility:

Observe studio’s hours and policies.
-
Use amenities, including bathrooms, equipment considerately.

Respect the property; refrain from defacing or damaging any part of the facility. If a student damages or destroys property of "Black Widow Pole Studio" they may be held accountable for refunding or replacing the property.
Violation of Community Guidelines may result in
suspension or termination of membership, at the discretion of Black Widow Pole
